Chris Buott is an energetic and motivating Strength and Conditioning Coach and Certified Exercise Physiologist (CSEP) and has been working in the fitness field for over 10 years. With experience working as a Canadian Forces Fitness Instructor; High School Educator and Coach; as well as responding as an active Volunteer Firefighter in his community, he has had opportunities to train and work in a wide variety of physically demanding environments. Chris specializes in physical transformations; leading a variety of group training programs; and training individuals for physical testing including; Police, Paramedic, Fire, and Military test preparation. Chris is an avid outdoorsman and has competed in a variety of sports and physical challenges including; soccer, hockey, Obstacle Course Races, Military races, Body Building and Powerlifting competitions and enjoys seeking out new challenges to test himself. He spends time progressing his knowledge with the latest research in the fitness and health field and uses these components to help improve the lives of his personal training clients.Qualifications
